Chicken Griller: Preheat oven to between 350—400°. Place chicken breast in one inch pan on top of celery (or other available neutral vegetable). Cook uncovered for about 25 minutes (until bacon is brown and crispy). Then cover and cook for about another 20-25 minutes. Internal temperature needs to reach 170°. Remove from oven and let it stand for 10 minutes. Cut and serve.

Corner Bites: There are many different methods to cooking the corner bites. Figuring out the way you like to do it is most of the fun. However, do not cook over an open flame. The bacon grease will catch on fire and the corner bites will go up in smoke. Indirect heat usually works the best, cook until the bacon is brown and crispy, and the internal temperature is as follows

  • Beef 140°
  • Pork 160°
  • Chicken 170°

Stuffed Pork Chops: Preheat oven to between 350-400°. Place chops in a 1” inch pan and bake uncovered until the internal temp is 165°.

Stuffed Pork Tenderloin: Preheat oven to between 350—400°. Pace pork in one inch pan on top of celery (or other available neutral vegetable). Cook uncovered for about 25 minutes (until bacon is brown and crispy). Then cover and cook for about another 20-25 minutes…Internal temperature needs to reach 165°. Remove from oven and let it stand for 10 minutes…Cut and serve.

Spiedini: Use oil or water in a cast iron skillet to brown both sides of the spiedini (pan sear). Place spiedini in oven at 350° until internal temperature is 140 degrees for beef and/or 170° for chicken.

City Chicken: Use oil or water in a cast iron skillet to brown all sides of the City Chicken (pan sear). Place City Chicken in oven at 350° until internal temperature is 145°.

Blueberry Rope Sausage: Use oil or water in a cast iron skillet to brown both sides of the rope (pan sear). Place rope in oven at 350° until internal temperature is 145°.

Twice Baked Potato: Already cooked once! Just place uncovered potato in oven (350°) until top starts to brown & get crispy. It’s really all about your personal preference.

Pot Pie: Unwrap, place in oven at 350-400° for about 35 minutes. The contents have already been cooked. The pie dough covering the pie is the only thing not already cooked. Heat until internal temperature is 145°.

Cannelloni ~ Mannelloni ~ Manicotti: Remove plastic wrap. Warm in oven at 350° for 40 minutes.

Mac ‘n Cheese: Remove plastic wrap. Warm in oven at 350° for 45-60 minutes.

Pasta Alfredo: Remove plastic wrap. Warm in oven at 350° for 45-60 minutes.

Penne Red Sauce: Remove plastic wrap. Warm in oven at 350° for 40 minutes.

Roast Beef in Au Jus: Remove plastic wrap. Warm in oven at 350° for 45-60 minutes

Meatballs: Remove plastic wrap. Warm in oven at 350° for 45-60 minutes.
