Slow Cooker Kit- Philly Cheesesteak 

To heat:

  1. Add liners
  2. Add onions, peppers and meat
  3. Top with both
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4. 

Shepard’s Pie
To heat:
Loosen lid and bake in a 350° preheated oven for 25-30 mins, remove lid for another 5 mins.


 

Slow Cooker Kit- Birria Tacos

To heat:

  1. Place liner in slow cooker
  2. Add bag with meat and onions
  3. Cover with broth
  4. Cook on low for 8-10 hours on low or 4-5 on high
  5. Remove beef and shred
  6. The authentic way to make these tacos is to dip the tortilla in the broth, fill with shredded beef and fry in a bit of oil in a skillet and serve with a side of the broth to dip your taco in

Chipotle Chicken Burrito Bowl
To heat:
Reheat the chicken, rice, and beans and top with your choice of toppings.


Southwestern Stuffed Poblano Peppers
To heat:
Loosen foil lid and bake in a 350° oven for 20-25 mins. Remove lid and bake an additional 5-10 mins or until cheese is melted and it’s hot throughout.

Slow Cooker Kit- Pork Ramen

To heat:

  1. Line slow cooker if using liner
  2. Add aromatics to the bottom (bag with onion, carrot, ginger, garlic and dried mushrooms)
  3. Next add pork
  4. Cover with broth
  5. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 5-6
  6. Remove pork and when cool enough to handle, shred the pork
  7. Strain the broth through a fine mesh strainer.
  8. Add noodles to a pot of boiling water and boil for 3-5 mins or until desired texture. 
  9. Divide among bowls, top with pork, broth and any toppings you like.

Slow Cooker Kit- French Dips – 

  1. If using, put liner in slow cooker
  2. Add bag onions and garlic
  3. Next add beef
  4. Pour au jus over the top
  5. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-5
  6. Remove beef and when cool enough to handle shred the beef
  7. Strain the au jus
  8. Add a little to the beef to keep it moist
  9. Serve the rest on the side to dip

Pastalaya – Chicken, sausage, bell peppers, onions, celery, tomatoes, chicken stock, pasta, heavy cream

To heat:
Loosen lid. Bake in a 350° preheated for 25-30 mins or until hot throughout.


Taco Pasta – ground beef, black beans, corn, poblano peppers, onions, taco seasoning, cheese, milk, pasta
To heat: Loosen lid and bake in a 350° preheated oven for 25-30 mins, remove lid and bake an additional 5-10 mins or until hot


Slow Cooker Kit – Tacos Al Pastor – pork, onions, pineapple, chilies, orange juice, pineapple juice, spices, cilantro

If using liner place in slow cooker

Put onions and pineapple in the bottom
Add pork on top
Add adobo sauce
Put pineapple rinds on top, flesh side down

Cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-5 hours, Shred pork. Enjoy on tortillas with diced pineapple, onion, cilantro and salsa verde


Smoked Pork Steaks – mix BBQ sauce and a liquid (chicken or beef stock, apple juice, beer) in equal parts, pour over pork steaks and bake in a 350° oven for 60 mins


BBQ Ribs – cover with sauce (or pour a little bit of liquid in the bottom of the pan, loosely cover and bake in a 350° oven for 45-50 mins

Bacon & Jalapeno Baked Beans – loosen lid and bake in a 350° preheated oven for 40-45 mins or until hot throughout

To heat:

Pre-Heat Oven Prior to Heating: Conventional Oven: 350 degrees (Convection Oven: 325 degrees).

Actual cooking times may vary due to oven temperature variations and the amount of food being re-heated at one time. Depending on these variances, an additional 5 to 15 minutes may be needed to ensure all items are heated through. To ensure even heating, rotate pans halfway through the cooking time.

Prime Rib – ribeye roast, seasonings, butter

Remove packaging and place prime rib in a roasting pan (you can bake in the foil pan provided just please remember to support it from the bottom). Bake for 45–60 minutes or until heated to desired doneness, being careful not to overcook. The crust should be crisped and browned. Rest 10 minutes before slicing.

Please reheat au jus in a saucepan by bringing to a boil or in the microwave at 50% power until hot


Roasted Pork Loin Entrées – pork loin, seasonings

Onion gravy – pork jus, onions, flour, beef stock

Maple orange glaze – orange juice, maple syrup, cinnamon

Tightly cover with foil.
Small Entrée: Bake 30-40 minutes.
Large Entrée: Bake 40-50 minutes.

Warm sauce in saucepan by bringing to a boil or in the microwave on 50% power until warm prior to serving.

To heat in oven, loosen foil lid.


For vegetable sides – bake small sides for 20 minutes and large sides for 30 minutes or until heated through and to desired doneness. Remove lid and bake an additional 5-10 mins

– 45-50 mins for “serving for 4”, or until the zucchini is cooked through.
– Remove the lid and let bake for another 5-10 mins until the cheese is bubbly.

– Toss the sausage and veggies with provided dressing, spread on a sheet pan and bake at 400° for 35-40 mins for “serving for 2”
– 40-45 mins for “serving for 4” shaking the pan every 10-15 mins.
– Cook until the veggies are roasted and the sausage is hot.


Roasted Broccoli with Smashed Garlic broccoli, garlic, olive oil, seasonings
– Remove lid and bake at 375° for 10-15 mins for “serving for 2”.
– 15-20 for “serving for 4”.
– Or until hot throughout.


Mexican Cauliflower Rice cauliflower, diced tomatoes, green chilis, poblano peppers, corn, seasonings

– Remove lid and bake at 375° for 10-15 mins for “serving for 2”.

Chicken Pho – chicken, ginger, onions, spices, rice noodles
Herbs and Sauces – sliced onions, green onions, Thai basil, cilantro, bean sprouts, hoisin sauce, chili paste, hot peppers, limes

To heat the pho:
it’s best to let the chicken and noodles sit out for 25-30 mins to take the chill off.
Bring the broth to a boil on the stove or in the microwave.
Put the chicken and noodles in a big bowl and pour the hot broth over it.
Garnish to your preference


Thai Noodle Salad noodles, spinach, red cabbage, napa cabbage, green onions, shredded carrots, bell peppers, cilantro, cashews

Soy Ginger Dressing olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, brown sugar, jalapenos, cilantro, lime juice

-This salad is to be enjoyed cold.
-Toss the noodles and veggies with the dressing and let sit for 20-30 mins to let the flavors marry.


Korean Pork Lettuce Wraps ground pork, red cabbage, gochujang, brown sugar, soy, mirin, ginger, garlic

Garnishes iceberg lettuce, shredded carrots, red cabbage, cilantro, mint, pickled onions

-To reheat the pork mixture you can use a skillet on the stove or the microwave just until hot throughout.
-Add to lettuce cups, top with garnishes of your choice.


Crab Rangoon Dip cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, surmi, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, cheese

Best to let it sit on the counter for a bit to take the chill off.

Chicken Griller: Preheat oven to between 350—400 degrees…Place chicken breast in one inch pan on top of celery (or other available neutral vegetable)…Cook uncovered for about 25 minutes (until bacon is brown and crispy)…Then cover and cook for about another 20-25 minutes…Internal temperature needs to reach 170 degrees…Remove from oven and let it stand for 10 minutes…Cut and serve.

Corner Bites: There are many different methods to cooking the corner bites…Figuring out the way you like to do it is most of the fun….However, do not cook over an open flame…The bacon grease will catch on fire and the corner bites will go up in smoke…Indirect heat usually works the best, cook until the bacon is brown and crispy and the internal temp is as follows:

  • Beef 140 degrees
  • Pork 160 degrees
  • Chicken 170 degrees

Stuffed Pork Chops: Preheat oven to between 350-400 degrees….Place chops in a one inch pan and bake uncovered until the internal temp is 165 degrees.

Stuffed Pork Tenderloin: Preheat oven to between 350—400 degrees…Place pork in one inch pan on top of celery (or other available neutral vegetable)…Cook uncovered for about 25 minutes (until bacon is brown and crispy)…Then cover and cook for about another 20-25 minutes…Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees…Temove from oven and let it stand for 10 minutes…Cut and serve.

Spedini: Use oil or water in a cast iron skillet to brown both sides of the spedini (pan sear) ….Place spedini in oven at 350 degrees until internal temp is 140 degrees for beef and/or 170 degrees for chicken.
