Ingredients: Poblano peppers, chicken, onions, corn, black beans, seasonings, enchilada sauce, cheese

To heat:

– Loosen lid and bake in a 375° oven for 25-30 mins for “serving for 2″

– 35-40 mins for “serving for 4″, or until the peppers are cooked through.

– Remove the lid and let bake for another 5-10 mins until the cheese is bubbly.
